I'm not predicting...I'm just hoping...

There's gonna be some fatigue but hopefully more momentum. Caps have something to prove after their loss to us opening night and their recent road game. So we're gonna have to be even tougher than last night.

A little worried about this one tonight. After last night's physical affair, I think the Craps will try to up the ante physically tonight to try and wear us down. Hopefully we won't be tired after last night. I wish Hoffman and Valabik were in the lineup tonight, especially to take care of Brashear.

I agree Goon. someone has to at least challenge Brashear. this guy has mopped the floor with two of our non fighters..(not to mention most of the league) ..though Bogo is tough..someone in a Thrasher jersey needs to let him know that they noticed and they didn't approve. again..Brashear is about as tough as you can get..still no reason for him to beat up on our players for no reason, just because he can.

I predict a bench clearing chicking dancing brawl that i will get to watch the replay of on thanks giving day,just like last season.Bring up Hoffman and Boris and any local UFC fighters we can get some skates on and make Slapshot3(or is it 4).To quote smashingmachine,"tear off some limbs,skate around with them and chew on them for a while,then throw them into the stands".

I think we have a decent chance of doing well tonight, especially if we bring the energy we had last night.
Washington is coming off of a long road trip that they didn't do too well on. Their goal tending inconsistant. And, isn't Semin still out?

What scares me about the team (besides Ovy of course) is their ability to come back. I was at the Devils/Caps game where Ovechkin scored with literally less than a second to tie it. They also came back big time in the final minutes of that Wild game.

I probably appear bloodthirsty today, but I've been waiting for this game since Brashear's opening night performance.

I'm cautiously optimistic about tonight's game. I know the boys have it in them to win it, as long as they show up to play - and to play for each other - as they did last night. Let's not forget, our boys are undefeated against the southeast division in six games this year! LET'S GO THRASHERS!

Seems like we always play these guys in Washington around Thanksgiving. I think we'll know how the games going to go in the first few minutes. Either the team's going to come out strong or weak, and if they are really tired it's going to be a long game.

John Anderson is sticking with his game plan of putting Ondrej Pavelec in goal tonight.

Hmmm. I guess that's fine. Moose was hot last night, but Pavs has been solid.
